Level 1: Owner Occupied - Verbal Evaluation. A Home Matters design consultant will tour your home and offer recommendations, outlining what steps to take toward improving the salability of your property. $125

Level 2: Owner Occupied - Verbal Evaluation Plus Written Report. This includes Level 1, plus a detailed written report outlining all recommendations for showcasing your home's space and selling features. A vendor list is provided to help you with any painting, home repairs or storage needs. $250

Hands-On; Use our time and talents to do the work!

Level 3: Owner Occupied - Basic Home Staging. Our design team will transform your home by rearranging and editing your existing furniture, artwork and accessories. We transform your home so that it has the best possible impact on buyers. Free Quote*
